Important: Non-Tolerated Damages and Cleaning Charges
Silly String will damage inflatable units. You will be responsible for
all damages that are not normal wear and tear up to 150% of the original
purchase price. Food and drink must not be allowed in bounces. Please
do not get Bounces muddy. If food, drink, toys or other items have soiled
or damaged the inside of the Bounce House, then a cleaning charge of not
less than $25 will be charged.

How far in advance should I make my reservations?
The earlier you make you reservation the better your chances are at getting
your first choice. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can offer.
What time do you deliver and pickup the Bounce
House?
We deliver between 30 minutes to 3 hours before your event. All pick
ups are done by 8pm. If you need rental past 8pm an overnight fee may
apply. If a pick up time is crucial, just let us know.
Is a deposit required?
A 25% deposit is required and is non-refundable if less than 10 days cancellation notice is given. Balance due day of event or before.

How much space is required for setup and proper use?
20’x 20’ is more than enough space for our bounce houses.
How safe are GR8 Jump Bounce Houses?
All our equipment is clean and well maintained. It will be necessary for
an adult to be in direct supervision of bouncer at all times. By following
basic rules all children will be safe and have a great time.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery outside 30 mile radius based on mileage. An additional charge
of $30 for every 20 miles beyond that will apply.
Can GR8 Jump set up a bounce house indoors?
Yes. Indoor set up is just as quick and easy as outdoor setup. The units
are inflated by cold air and there is no exhaust. The only consideration
is that the height of the unit be less than the height of the ceiling.
A gymnasium, auditorium or any other large building would typically offer
more than enough room.

Is there a damage/cleaning charge policy?
Parents are responsible for any damages that occur from improper usage
or damage from neglect of proper supervision, of the Inflatable Units,
Concession Equipment, Chairs and Tables or other rental items. It is
understood that normal wear and tear damage is a different subject and
NOT the responsibility of the renter. If food, drink, toys, or other
items have soiled or damaged the inside of the Bounce House, then a cleaning
charge of not less than $25 will be charged. If SILLY STRING
is allowed to be used on or in an Inflatable Unit, permanent damage WILL
occur to the inflatable unit and the renter will be responsible for up
to 150% of the replacement cost of the inflatable unit.
What is GR8Jump Liability/Injury Policy?
The Renter assumes all liability and responsibility while Inflatable
Units, Concessions and other rented items are in the possession of the
Renter. GR8 Jump Party Rentals assumes NO Responsibility or Liability
what so ever, PERIOD !! It is your responsibility to ensure the safety
and control of your guests and family members.

What if there is inclement weather on my big day?
You can reschedule or receive a refund equal to 75% of total charges.
Do I need to provide anything or do anything
special?
GR8 Jump will provide and set up all necessary equipment. The blower motor
will need to be located within 80 feet of a standard electrical outlet.
An area that has been cleared of any debris, pet droppings, or hazardous
material will keep the setup process quick and efficient.
What happens the day of my reservation? How
does the process work?
We deliver and set up the unit at a prearranged time. Before and during
setup we will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental
agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use,
and any other topic you wish to discuss. If payment has not already been
made, it will be due upon setup of the unit.
When is payment due?
Payment in cash, check or credit card is due on the day of event or before.

Where can I have the Bounce House setup?
A bounce house can be set up in many different places on your property.
The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm- grass, concrete,
and asphalt are all acceptable (No placement on gravel will be allowed).
We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by
using sandbags where stakes cannot be used.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. We are required to charge sales tax 8.25% on all rentals.
Do you accept same-day reservations?
Call us for last-minute rentals. While we cannot guarantee availability,
we'll do our best!
What is your cancellation policy?
A 5 Day Minimum Notice* is required to cancel a Bounce House, Slide, Concessions,
or Chairs and Tables rentals. Due to the nature of our business and how
we reserve our rentals, we will have to charge you the Full Rental Price
if you cancel your rental in less than 5 days. We need this time to be
able to possibly reschedule another customer.
